Terms of Service

1.  All information you provide along with the information that comes through in your session is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your written consent unless you are a danger to yourself or someone else or otherwise directed by State and Federal laws.

2.  Payment for a session is an energetic exchange between your Ancestors and mine for the information that comes through during the session. Zoom and Distant sessions will need to be paid in advance before your session begins. In person session are cash only at the time of the session.

3.  Sessions are a time of connecting you to your ancestors to receive information from them, therefore no refunds will be given after a session. Refunds will only be considered in the event of an emergency life event that prevents you from making your appointment time.

4.  A signed consent form will be needed before the time of your session.

5. We respect your privacy. Any information that is collected from you will not be rented, shared, or sold to a 3rd party.

6. Sessions are not intended to nor should they ever take the place of professional services included but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, or psychological. Any actions or decisions you take based on your session with Kathy Bales are solely your responsibility. No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given, and Kathy will not be held accountable for any actions or decisions that are made by recipients of a session with her.
